Website Terms

The short version

These terms set the ground rules for this site: it is the marketing website of a licensed Florida insurance agent, not an insurance company. Sending a request never binds, changes or cancels coverage, and protection begins only when a company issues a policy. Everything here is general information, not legal or tax advice.

  • Calls and texts happen only under the consent you give
  • Facts on this site carry their source and date
  • Florida law governs any dispute over these terms

Call (561) 973-9998 and a licensed Florida agent runs the comparison with you.

Using this website means you accept the terms on this page. They say, in plain words, what the site can and cannot do for you.

Whose website this is

This site is the marketing website of a licensed Florida insurance agent whose license appears in the agent disclosure, and he works with licensed insurance agents on his team. The site is not an insurance company, so no policy is issued, no premium is collected and no claim is paid here.

A quote request does not touch your coverage

Sending a form, calling or emailing asks for a quote and nothing more. It does not bind new coverage, and it does not change or cancel any policy you have now. Coverage begins only when an insurance company issues a policy, on the effective date that policy shows, so keep your current policy in force until then.

A quote reflects the facts given at the time. The company's own underwriting decides whether it offers a policy and on what terms, and a price can change before a policy is issued.

The guides and coverage pages explain insurance in general terms. They do not describe your policy, and they are not legal, tax or financial advice. Your policy's wording decides what is covered, and where this site and a policy differ, the policy wins.

Facts carry their source and date

Figures, statutes and program details here name their source and the date they were checked. Laws and numbers change after a page is written, so treat each fact as accurate as of its date and open the source before relying on it.

Your answers shape the quote

A quote is only as sound as the facts behind it. A missing or wrong detail can change the price, and a misstatement can cause problems later if you file a claim. Send only information you have the right to share.

Many pages link to official sources such as the Florida Statutes, FEMA, the U.S. Census Bureau and the City of Boca Raton. Those sites are run by others, this site has no control over what they publish, and a link never means an agency endorses this site.

When you tick the consent box on a form, you agree to the calls and texts that consent describes, at the number you give and about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or say so on any call. A buyer referred by a realtor or lender has not given that consent and is called by hand only.

Limits of this site

The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, its operator is not responsible for losses that come from relying on its general information. Nothing here limits a duty that Florida insurance law places on a licensed agent.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the site changes, and the version on this page is the one that applies. To ask about anything here, call (561) 973-9998 or email info@bocaratoninsurancefl.com.

Compare before the renewal arrives

Describe what you have once. A licensed Florida agent checks it against several companies for Boca Raton, Palm Beach County and nearby towns, and the decision stays yours.
